Who are we? Behind Sparky is a competent and experienced team with extensive experience in business coaching and consulting spanning three decades. The team's other company, Generoi Development Oy, supports the development of companies, e.g. in the areas of management, operating culture, work community skills and business development.

With the understanding accumulated through our experience, we developed a new service concept, Sparky, based on the correlation between productive work well-being, sustainable performance, and organizational renewal.
